How do you export Smart Response data detailing individual student answers?

Having worked on this issue for some time with no success, I did the adult thing and asked for help. In less than a minute at Vita-Learn's Vermont Fest, one of the Smartboard presenters showed me the way...he also admitted that Smart's printed directions may have been a little confusing.
