Creating subordinate folders within your Google Docs or Google Drive

Haven’t heard of Google Drive?  Your Google Docs area will eventually be upgraded to Google DriveDrive is free…it allows for storage of more types of files and moves up your storage capacity from 2gb to 5gb.

If you have a lot of files in your Docs or Drive area, it might make sense to develop a few subordinate folders.  You can always do a search for a particular document but it might be easier if you had a folder labeled math, science, or assessments.  I have two handouts, one for Google Docs and the second for Google Drive.  As always, if the  printed directions leave you wanting…send me an email and I’ll stop by.
